Castries, Saint Lucia – February 22, 2026   As Saint Lucia proudly commemorates its 47th Anniversary of Independence, the St. Lucia Diabetes & Hypertension Association (SLDHA) joins citizens and residents across the island in celebrating this historic national milestone under the theme:
