Meet Ms. Shirtal Gopale, Secretary of the St. Lucia Diabetes and Hypertension Association (SLDHA). A proud native of Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia, she brings professionalism, strong organizational skills, and effective communication to her role. She is committed to maintaining high standards of efficiency, accountability, and service in support of the Association’s operations and objectives.
